Terms and conditions
This website lets you send WhatsApp messages from your own WhatsApp number through an API, the website, Excel lists, groups and a PC program (WhatsAppAgent.exe). It works by linking your number like WhatsApp Web. It is not the official WhatsApp Business API and is not made, approved or supported by WhatsApp or Meta.
You link and use your own WhatsApp number. WhatsApp can limit, block or ban any number at any time, for example for bulk or unwanted messages, reports by people, new numbers sending a lot, or the same message sent many times. We are not responsible for any block, ban, limit, loss of chats, loss of business or any other loss that comes from it. No credits, money or validity are returned because a number was blocked.
Send messages only to people who know you and agreed to get them (your own customers). You must not send spam, false or misleading offers, adult content, hate, threats, illegal goods, lottery / fraud messages, or anything against Indian law (including the IT Act and TRAI rules on commercial messages). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund.
Messages go one by one with a gap of at least 8 seconds (or what the admin sets). This keeps numbers safer, but it does not guarantee that a number will never be blocked.
One message to one number or group uses one credit. A message that fails before it is sent gives its credit back. Credits and plans are paid in advance and are not refundable. Credits are added after the payment is checked by us. Validity ("valid till") is as per your plan; an expired account stops sending until it is renewed.
A free trial is given once per mobile number, for the days and messages shown on the sign-up page. Messages sent in the trial may carry a line that says they were sent by a trial. We may stop the trial offer at any time.
Files you put in your folder (FTP or upload) are used only to send your messages. By default a file is deleted from your folder after it is sent. Keep your own copy of every file. Do not upload illegal content. Keep your FTP and API token secret; anything sent with your token is counted as sent by you.
We send your message to WhatsApp, but we cannot promise that WhatsApp delivers it or that the other person reads it. Reports (sent, delivered, read, failed) show what WhatsApp tells us.
We try to keep the service running all the time, but there can be breaks for maintenance, internet, server, WhatsApp changes or other reasons. We are not responsible for losses from such breaks. Our total responsibility is never more than the amount you paid us in the last month.
We keep your account details, message reports (number, text, time, status, IP address) and files as needed to give the service and to answer complaints. We do not sell your data.
We may change these terms, prices or features. The new terms apply from the time they are shown on this website.
These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute is under the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
